Opening for Senior IT Specialist, Bahrain

A leading Financial Services company requires a Senior IT Specialist to ensure the key

systems for communications, records and automation tools are healthy and online.

Responsibilities:

Participate in senior management meetings as well as translate and execute business needs into IT projects orenhancement to existing tools, systems etc.
Timely design and enhancement of Infrastructure to cope up with growth and stability.
Take responsibility for the overall technology infrastructure for the company.
Contribute to the IT goals to align with the firm’s business goals.
Manage Teams (Helpdesk/Infrastru cture & SharePoint).

Requirements:

Have a good mix of Infrastructure skills on Microsoft Platform and Software development.
Significant IT Expertise in both technical and business domains within the finance industry in the GCC.
Good communication skills to be able to handle internal teams and external vendors, third parties, service providers.
Fluent English (read, write and speak).

Key responsibilities: Managing the IT department/section strategy across the facility

Developing policies and procedures for the department/section Ensuring the implementation

of appropriatesecurity management procedures Developing and maintaining IT architecture,

standards and protocol Designing and implementing the entire IT infrastructure across the

organization Providing advice to the organization on all IT related matters Managing the team
