Positions available for 


SITEL, CSS & HCL - Technical Support (VOICE) Process

Rotational / US shifts - Any 2 week days off


AJUBA & INTELENET - Customer Support (VOICE) Process

Fixed US / UK shifts - Sat & Sun off


TCS EServe - Customer Support (VOICE) Process

Rotational / US shifts - Any 2 week days off



FOR CANDIDATES SEEKING SENIOR POSITIONS
Limited openings are also available for SME’s and SALES COACH positions in 
TECH VOICE SUPPORT DOMAIN

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3+ years of experience to a max of 6 years.

EXPOSURE TO TECH VOICE SUPPORT FOR ATLEAST 2 & 3 YEARS IS PREFERRED.

Any previous experience in team handling and mentoring would be an added advantage.
